Finally, some photos!

Here is Indy, he is doing so much. He now says dog, ball, door, waves and says bye, mama, dada, nana (banana), bird, duck, nose, go, and no (though he doesn't know what it means). He gives kisses to us and to Ethel, claps his hands, and wipes his hands when mama says 'clean your hands'. He's really good about following directions like 'pick up your toy', 'get your milk', etc. He can point to all the face parts and his belly button. He's just adorable and so smart! And by the way, that

Birthday Swimming

For Indy's real birthday on Wednesday, we went to the Austin Science and Nature Center. It was so fun looking at animals, digging up dino bones, and walking around. Later daddy and grandpa joined us at the pool. What an exhausting birthday!

Birthday Pics

Happy First Birthday, Indy!

We had a wonderful time at the park on Sunday celebrating Indy's first birthday. It was a Curious George themed party, because I don't know anyone more curious than our little Indy. Thanks to those who made it out and helped make Indy's first birthday one to remember.

First Steps

Indy took his first steps on Monday and since then he has walked up to four steps in a row! We are so proud of him. Mommy went right out and bought him a pair of Air Jordans.

Newborn Indy

Indy is born!

Indiana Matthew McBrearty was born on May 21st, 2007 at 9:38 pm. He was 8lbs 8oz and 21 inches. He cooed when they doctors handed him to me and he looked at his daddy as if he had known him forever. It was by far the best day of our lives.

We're Pregnant!

We found out we were pregnant in early September 2006, and as we and many family members suspected, it was a boy. He was due in mid May. We couldn't wait!

How it all began...

On June 3rd, 2006 Matthew Stephen McBrearty married Tara Nicole Rentschler at Mercury Hall in Austin Texas. It was a beautiful ceremony filled with family and friends.
